Happy Fathers Day!

Good evening. I have spent the better part of my day editing the pictures I took for my friend Sonia and her family. It was funny because I took about 115 pictures and it was pretty hard to get a picture with every kid looking at the camera let alone smiling:)
As I was looking through them I was laughing out loud because of all the funny images. Now I can fully realize the "joys" of taking your kids to have their pictures taken. Sometimes you take what you can get. I love these guys. I cant wait to do some more with them. I am so thankful to be able to spend time working on what I love and be helping my friends create memories. I didn't really realize how much time went into editing...thats the main part of it I think. Once you have an image in your camera the sky is the limit on what you can do. I absolutely love the challenge and I cant wait to explore more options and ideas. Well, if I don't get off this thing I might be gearing up for another late night. Nighty Night

Happy Fathers Day Papa!

Thank you Jesus

Good Morning

I was up late and up early to meet up with my dad for fathers day!! Having this business on my mind keeps my mind racing and makes it really hard to go to bed, but thank God I have something to be excited about. It has been a few days since I added any pictures and I'll explain why. I left my cord that connects my camera to my laptop in Washougal and I just got it in the mail yesterday! Wow! It was crazy having 460 pictures locked in my camera and not being able to edit them. I will be adding more pictures later on today. I have a photo shoot with Sonia and her clan today and I pray the weather holds up. Gotta Go. Have a great day!

Thank you Jesus

Good Evening from Washougal Washington

It has been a beautiful couple of days here in Washington. I have had a blast exploring what this area has to reveal. My mom has lived here for years and for the first time I have been able to really "see" its beauty. The flowers here are amazing. The mountains and trees are breathtaking. They have wild daisies just growing everywhere!!!

The place that they live is on a private lane with a few other families. This is thier lane...This is on the way there as well.

It is so amazing all the flowers there are just growing wild here. Here are some examples...

There are many others I took today but this is taking too long to upload so I will have to do that tomorrow. Thank you for checking my post and my pictures:)

Thank you Jesus for allowing me to get these beautiful pictures!! Good night

Alot of Time and Energy

So far Ive spent all day on getting my website hooked up, took me hours literally, and finally I have an address!! It is LetitShinephotography.com. Go daddy didn't have very many templates for me to use so it is very plain jane but I can say that I am now officially a real person. Woo Hoo! Since I'm a bit of a perfectionist, I have a hard time leaving the page as is but it will be fixed up soon.

I leave for Portland tomorrow to see my mom and hopefully my camera will capture some more amazing pictures!!

Going to Bed

I am going to bed late again after hours of searching for website names for my business. It is really hard to pick what you will be referred to as. I looked up literally 100 different names and I think I have landed on one, Let it Shine Photography! It is a great mix of what I am looking for in a name and it describes me pretty well. I cant wait to be able to focus on photography solely. That'l be the day:). Well I must shut my blinds and get some rest.

Good Night
